3. Purchase Process and Quotes

  • Quotes: Prices are valid for 15 days unless material costs change.
  • Orders: They must be confirmed in writing (email or signed document).
  • Invoicing: It will be issued as agreed in the purchase order.
  • Cancellations: Only accepted prior to production confirmation.

4. Warranties and Returns

  • Quality: We guarantee pallets that meet the agreed specifications.
  • Claims: Must be submitted in writing with photos/documentation within 72 hours.
  • Returns: Only accepted for defective products or errors in the order.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Site Content: Logos, designs, texts and catalogs are the property of BDA Pallets. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Technical errors: We reserve the right to correct erroneous information on the Website (e.g. prices, stock).

7. Subscribing messaging

By subscribing to our SMS services, you agree to receive messages from BDA PALLETS LLC related to conversational interactions, status updates, appointment reminders, promotional discounts, advertisements and order/shipping confirmations.
